Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Carrots

Carrots
chopped into bite-sized chunks

olive oil

red wine vinegar

chili powder

ground cumin

cayenne pepper

garlic powder
1/2
tsp
onion powder
1 1/2
tsp
salt

black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix spices.
Combine spices with all other ingredients in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Shred.
