15 Minute Red Pepper and Kielbasa Pasta
From start to finish, this kielbasa sausage with red peppers recipe will take you only 15 minutes; it's the perfect week night dinner dish after a hard day of work!
Elbow Pasta or Farfalle
we used Tinkyada Gluten free elbow pasta
Hillshire Farms Turkey Kielbasa
12 or 13 oz
sliced (you can also use a green pepper if you have that instead)
beef broth – used beef bouillon
While pasta is cooking, sauté peppers in oil until soft.
Add kielbasa and cook until browned.
Add broth and pepper and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes and then add to pasta.
Top with parsley and parmesan cheese.
