15 Minute Red Pepper and Kielbasa Pasta

From start to finish, this kielbasa sausage with red peppers recipe will take you only 15 minutes; it's the perfect week night dinner dish after a hard day of work!

Ingredients

  • Elbow Pasta or Farfalle we used Tinkyada Gluten free elbow pasta
  • Hillshire Farms Turkey Kielbasa 12 or 13 oz
  • 1 Red Pepper sliced
  • 1 Yellow Pepper sliced (you can also use a green pepper if you have that instead)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth – used beef bouillon
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions

  • Cook pasta
  • While pasta is cooking, sauté peppers in oil until soft.
  • Add kielbasa and cook until browned.
  • Add broth and pepper and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes and then add to pasta.
  • Top with parsley and parmesan cheese.
