Grilled Marinated London Broil

  • 1 - 2 lb. london broil or top round
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp mustard yellow or brown
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp blank pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder


  • Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well in either a freezer bag or a large dish.
  • Add the meat and marinade for at least 6 hours (overnight is preferable)
  • Preheat grill on high.
  • Add the meat and cook until it has reached the desired temperature (flipping at least once)
  • Let the meat rest for at least 5 minutes, then slice against the grain to serve.
