Ingredients

pork loin

cups
pineapple chunks

teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
pepper
1/2
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Throw all the ingredients into a slow cooker.
Cook for 4 hours on high. Check temperature.
DO NOT OVERCOOK. Pork loin is finished when internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
Notes
Serve over rice topped with pineapple from the slow cooker.
