Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Loin

  • 2 lb pork loin
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


  • Throw all the ingredients into a slow cooker.
  • Cook for 4 hours on high. Check temperature.
  • DO NOT OVERCOOK. Pork loin is finished when internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.


Serve over rice topped with pineapple from the slow cooker.
