Slow Cooker Honey Parmesan Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds pork loin
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Place the pork loin in the slow cooker.
  • Add all other ingredients on top.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours (or medium for 6, or high for 4).
  • Take the meat out of the slow cooker and shred or slice.
  • Top with some of the liquid.
  • Serve with your choice of potatoes and/or vegetable.
