Combine ingredients 2-9 in a mixing bowl and blend.
Place the steak and the combined ingredients in a freezer bag.
Marinade in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (overnight is best).
Pre-heat grill on medium-high.
Cook steak for 8-12 minutes, flipping as often as you'd like. Once it's done to your liking, remove from the grill and let it rest.
While the steak rests, in a small sauce pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the <g class="gr_ gr_479 gr-alert gr_spell gr_run_anim gr_inline_cards ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="479" data-gr-id="479">jalepeno</g>, peppers, and onions and cook for a few minutes until they are a bit tender.
Add all of the other ingredients and slowly bring to a boil.
Slice steak against the grain and top with the sauce.
