Here is a super easy and delicious spinach frittata.
Spinach Fritatta

Ingredients
- 9 eggs
- 1/2 brick of Cheddar Cheese (around 4 ounces)
- 1/2 package of Fresh Organic Spinach (around 2.5 ounces)
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup of onions
Instructions
- Heat oil in a 10-inch oven proof pan.
- Sauté spinach and onions along with the salt for 5 minutes, or until softened.
- In a bowl, lightly beat eggs with milk and pepper.
- Pour in eggs and cook until almost done. Do not stir.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and put in broiler until brown and melted.
