Pulled pork in a crock pot? Yes, it’s just too easy. This recipe uses a fairly lean pork loin, so it’s fairly healthy – but has tons of flavor. A bit of Italian dressing helps provide a nice zesty kick!
If you need to halve the recipe, just put one half in a freezer bag to throw in the slow cooker on a another day.
