Four Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

If you are looking for an easy cookie recipe then here you have it!  This recipe is gluten and grain-free but it’s SOO good you’d never know it!

Here is the recipe for you:

4 ingredient chocolate peanut butter cup cookies



  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of mini chocolate chips


  1. Mix peanut butter, sugar and eggs until combined.  Add chocolate chips and mix again.
  2. Roll into small balls and press onto greased cookie sheet.
  3. Press 2 times with fork to create criss-cross shape (perfect to have your kids help!)
  4. Baked at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
  5. Will max about 3 dozen cookies
