Marinated Grilled Chicken

Easy and tasty grilled chicken - perfect for the summer or anytime of year!

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1/2 bottle of italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • kosher salt


  • Pound chicken to about 1/2 inch thickness, and cut into strips.
  • Season both sides of chicken with kosher salt.
  • In a bowl or freezer bag, place chicken, dressing and lemon juice.
  • Marinade in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Cook on a hot grill for a bout 8 minutes, flipping at least once, or until chicken is done.
