Grilled Teriyaki Steak with Pineapple

Grilled Teriyaki Steak with Pineapple

  • 1.2 lb top round steak
  • 1/2 can 20 oz. pineapple
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp pineapple juice from can
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


  • In a plastic freezer bag, combine all ingredients except the pineapple.
  • Mix well and marinade for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Heat grill on high heat.
  • Cook steak to desired temperature, making sure to flip at least once.
  • When steak is almost done, cook pineapple on the grill for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
