Grilled Teriyaki Steak with Pineapple

Grilled Teriyaki Steak with Pineapple

Ingredients
  • 1.2 lb top round steak
  • 1/2 can (20 oz.) pineapple
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp pineapple juice from can
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. In a plastic freezer bag, combine all ingredients except the pineapple.
  2. Mix well and marinade for 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Heat grill on high heat.
  4. Cook steak to desired temperature, making sure to flip at least once.
  5. When steak is almost done, cook pineapple on the grill for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
