Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Priano Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup crushed Savoritz Rosemary & Olive Oil Woven Wheats Baked Crackers
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced or pressed (or 2 tsp jarred Stonemill Essentials Minced Garlic)
  • 1 Tbsp Stonemill Essentials Basil Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Stonemill Essentials Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tsp Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pound of SimplyNature 100% Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 2 cups SimplyNature Organic Marinara or Happy Harvest Tomato Sauce
  • 4 slices Priano Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball
  • 4 L’oven Fresh Hamburger Buns, toasted
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat grill on high heat.
  2. Thoroughly mix the first 8 ingredients (parmesan cheese through egg) in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the ground beef and mix well.
  4. Form 4 hamburger-sized patties.
  5. Place the patties on the grill.
  6. After about 4 minutes, flip.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes and then add the cheese.
  8. Cook until the cheese is melted and burgers are done.
  9. Place burgers on the buns and top with tomato sauce, about 1/2 cup per burger.
