This sweet and creamy slaw is the perfect contrast for tangy barbeque.

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups shredded cabbage and carrots
  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayo, sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Stir to combine and add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Stir the sauce mixture into the shredded vegetables. Make sure to coat the shredded vegetables evenly.
  3. Refrigerate or use immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.
