This peppery pork recipe has a cider vinegar base that will make your mouth water as it simmers in the slow cooker.

  • 2 pound pork loin roast
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  1. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cover with the lid.
  2. Cook on high for 4 - 6 hours or low for 6 - 8 hours.
  3. Serve on rolls topped with slaw.
