Apple Maple Pork Loin

Ingredients
  • 2 - 2.5 lbs pork loin
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Cut several slits into pork loin.
  2. Stuff with some of the apple slices.
  3. Place pork into slow cooker.
  4. Add all other ingredients on top.
  5. Cook on medium for 6 hours, or low for 8 hours.
