Cuban Pork Rice Bowls

Ingredients
  • 4 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
  1. Combine salt, pepper, cumin, organo and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Rub all over pork.
  3. Place pork in the crockpot with everything else.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours, and shred.
  5. Serve over rice and top with sour cream.
