This Buttery Caramel sauce is the best you will ever try!

Serves: 1 cup
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  1. Bring brown sugar, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread and cream just to a boil in medium saucepan over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and cook 5 minutes or until just thickened (do not stir).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
