Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Red, orange or yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Flour tortillas
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp flour
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Lightly season chicken with kosher salt, and cut into small strips.
- Heal olive oil over medium heat in a large pan.
- Cook the pepper and onions until slightly browned and tender.
- Add the chicken and cook until done - then drain excess liquid.
- Combine all spices except for the flour, and add to the chicken, peppers and onion as needed. You will probably not need all of the seasoning.
- In a cup, combine the flour and water and whisk together.
- Slowly add the slurry to the chicken in the pan. Heat until the liquid starts to bubble and thicken and mix with the chicken, peppers and onion.
- Serve in tortillas with rice and top with whatever you'd like!
