Almond Joy Brownie Recipe

One thing that I LOVE about International Delight Coffee Creamers is the inspiration I get from their delicious flavors.  I created this Almond Joy Brownie Recipe using International Delight’s Almond Joy Creamer,  and I have to say that it really makes this recipe 1000 X’s better!


Almond Joy Brownies


  • 1 box of Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 stick of melted butter (1/2 cup)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of International Delight Coffee Creamer

Coconut topping:

  • 1 cup of International delight Almond Joy coffee creamer
  • 1 1/2 TBSP butter
  • 3 cups sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup sugar (more if you use unsweetened coconut)


  1. Mix together cake mix, butter, eggs, and coffee creamer until combined.
  2. Spread into 13 x 9 greased dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done.
  4. While cooking combine together the coconut topping and set aside.
  5. When brownies are done, let them cool then spread Coconut Topping on top.
  6. Serve with chocolate syrup and almond garnish.
