    Here is a recipe that we created that includes only 4 ingredients, is healthy, and takes only 20 minutes from start to finish!  The cost should be under $10.00 for the entire meal too!

    Make this easy 4 ingredient red pepper chicken - in under 20 minutes!

    This would be the perfect recipe for a busy night and you could make this faster than you could get a pizza delivered to your house!

    4 Ingredient Roasted Red Pepper Chicken

    This is a super easy recipe with only 4 ingredients, plus it takes only 20 minutes to cook!
    Ingredients
    • 1 - 1.5 lbs. of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    • Fresh Spinach
    • 1 Red Pepper
    • Mozzarella Cheese
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Cut Red Pepper in quarters and take out the seeds.
    3. Place quartered pepper on a baking dish and coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper
    4. Place in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip over halfway through.
    5. While the peppers are cooking, heat up a pan on your stovetop with olive oil.
    6. Pound thin with Meat Tenderizer.
    7. Season 1 lb of chicken with salt and pepper.
    8. Cook chicken on medium high heat for 3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.
    9. Top with Spinach, Mozzarella Cheese, and Roasted Red Pepper.
    10. Bake the Chicken at 400 until cheese is melted (around 5 minutes)
