I am ALL about getting extra money in YOUR pocket. Sometimes that means, saving money, and sometimes that means making money. And I try to provide ways of doing both that you've never considered.

With that in mind, I created a resource of products and services that will help you enjoy your life on a budget!

    Planner in box

    Budgeting:

The Personal Finance Planner – This might be my favorite product in the whole world. It's the only planner out there that comes with cash envelopes, a grocery shopping page for each week, and is geared towards getting your finances in shape. And it's hardcover and nice looking too!

    Make Extra Cash Online:

Online Surveys – when I was REALLY struggling financially, online surveys helped me pay for Christmas several years in a row. As long as you just use them in your spare time, they can be a great way to get some extra cash. Here are my 10 favorite online survey sites!

Make Money Writing Online – My friend Holly makes over $200,000 per year by writing as a Freelance writer online.  She has two kids and works from her couch – not too bad! Here are some details about how to work online as a freelance writer.

    Meal Planning:

Kitchen Gadgets – ok back to the kitchen… cause that's where I generally like to save both money and time. Here's a list of 10 inexpensive kitchen gadgets that will save you both!

Meal Plans – saving money on groceries and meals has and always will be my number one recommendation for getting started saving money. And meal planning helps you do just that. I've created several meal plans that will save you lots of money AND time!

    Save money on monthly bills:

Sling TV – I am a HUGE proponent of cutting the cord. But I'm also a fan of TV… which is why I LOVE my Sling TV. It's an app that you can download on just about any streaming device, and for $20 a month, you get over 30 cable channels! And they're the good ones too, like ESPN, HGTV, Food Network and a bunch more! Try it for free for 7 days!

Republic Wireless – I am a HUGE fan of Republic Wireless. They save me SO much money on my cell phone bill.  You can get a 1 GB plan for only $20 per month + there are no hidden fees or contracts.  Check out my Republic Wireless Review for more information.

AskTrimTrim is an online App or web tool that will cancel your unwanted monthly subscriptions.  Just let them know which one of the monthly subscriptions you no longer want, and they will easily cancel them for you.

    Credit Score:

Credit Sesame – This is my top recommendation for checking your credit report for FREE. I'm not one of those people who monitors and goes crazy trying to have the best credit score possible, but you should check this once at least once a year. It's also a great way to make sure that there's nothing shady going on with your credit! Credit Sesame is a FANTASTIC resource for all things credit related.

    Student Loans:

Credible.com – Think of this website as the Kayak for student loans.  If you are currently looking to refinance or consolidate your student loans, head over to Credible.com where they will help you find the right solution.
